In a service-based profession where billable hours prevail, parental leave can be a daunting topic of conversation for lawyers, paralegals and their law firms. Our panel will discuss topics like workplace culture around parental leave, the personal and business impact of parental leave, the importance of support during parental leave to encourage retention of women in the legal profession as well as the work being done to normalize parental leave for both mothers and fathers.
