It’s been almost 12 years since Bill 133 became law.  Time flies!  Bill 133 completely changed how pensions are valued for NFP purposes and introduced new division options for some, but not all, types of pensions in Ontario.  This lunch and learn session will address legal decisions old and new, and give family law practitioners insights and practical tips to navigate the continually fraught world of pensions in Ontario – from valuation all the way through to finalizing the pension-related sections of a separation agreement.
