Do you procrastinate when it comes to writing facta? Perhaps it is something you never felt you had adequate training and guidance for in law school and your early years of practice. Since your client's fate can be closely connected to your ability to persuade the Court, you want to ensure your drafting is top tier. Our presenters are ready to mentor you. You learn to mindfully consider the purpose of your factum, how to write a clear overview statement to capture the Court's attention, and then effectively frame the issues.
