While the Spousal Support Advisory Guidelines provide the groundwork for dealing with spousal support, this remains one of the more complex areas for family law practitioners. Our presenters address how the Guidelines are interpreted by the courts, the interplay between the Spousal Support Advisory Guidelines and the Child Support Guidelines, as well as how to deal with mandatory deductions and imputing income. This program goes beyond the basics to provide you insights into a sometimes-challenging topic.
