Each presenter has a few extra minutes on their topic for a deeper dive. Speakers engage on the same issues and concerns that come across your desk today including case developments, regulatory changes, and the risks you want to plan for (and steer around). They also cover the intersection between real estate and other practice areas (family and estates) that can trip you up, plus process and procedural concerns.
