• Learn how to navigate the complex legal requirements to introduce and respond to evidence of other sexual activity under s. 276, taking recent case law into account
• Understand the framework for third-party records applications under s. 278.3
• Hear about how to proceed with a s. 278.92 application when the accused possesses records relating to the complainant
• Receive guidance on client identification, communication, caregiver roles, and LAO billing when you represent complainants and victims
