Please email Craig Logue at clogue@waterloolaw.org with the following information for each registrant: full name, email address, year of call to bar or student status, entrée selection, and any allergies or food restrictions - or send this spreadsheet.  Please also indicate the email address to which you would like an invoice sent.  Once staff receive all the required information, an electronic invoice will be sent to the email provided.
